JUDGMENT As per direction of this Court respondent No.4 Mr.Direndra Pratap Kushwaha, Station Officer, Police Station Motipur, district Bahraich is present in person. On the basis of his instructions learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that the First Information Report concerned has been registered in the police Station on 27 February 2016. He has also placed a copy of the First Information Report, which is taken on record. 2. The petitioner had prayed for issuing a direction to the opposite parties to lodge First Information Report against the accused persons. The petitioner's grievance has been addressed by the police officer, since the first information report has been lodged. 3. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are of the view that no further action is required in the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
