ORDER : 1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 302 and 201 IPC on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2016 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endosement to that effect. 3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
