ORDER : 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner to the second respondent in his proceedings dated 15.02.2016 and to issue orders to the respondents 4, 5 and 6 to issue the refund vouchers by the 4th, 5th and 6th respondents tax amount Rs.92,10,637/- along with interest of Rs.5,55,338/-. 2. Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
