Heard also Mrs. Aparna Arun, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Bihar School Examination Board. 2. Aggrieved by the omission of the State Government and Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as ‘respondent Board’ to conduct Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) since the year 2011, this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the State respondents for holding the Teachers Eligibility Test (TED) every year. 3. By filing their counter affidavits, the State respondents and the respondent Board have submitted to the effect, inter alia, that the respondent Board has already initiated the process of holding TET and, in this regard, it has issued a communique, vide Press Communique, dated 19.07.2016, inviting Expression of Interest (EoI), for assorting/selecting an experienced agency for providing pre-examination software, including Barcode system and post-examination software. 4. In view of the steps, which have been taken by the State Government and the respondent Board, we see no reason to continue with the writ petition and, therefore, this writ petition is closed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application(s), in future, if the situation so warrants. 5.
