JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. P.C. Pethshali, Advocate present for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Ashish Joshi, Advocate for the respondents/Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. 3. In all these writ petitions, a similar relief is being sought by the petitioners, therefore, the above writ petitions are being heard together and decided by this common order. 4. The petitioners are employees in Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. Vide order dated 24.02.2016 they have been suspended from service in contemplation of departmental proceedings though the charges formally not been formed. 5. According to the respondents, the petitioners entered the office of Senior Centre In-charge and abused him and also offended him by using abusing language pertaining to his caste, there are other allegations as well. Aggrieved, they have filed the present writ petitions before this Court. 6. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the suspension order was passed after recording the statement of certain officers/officials and only when it was a prima facie, opinion of the appointing authority that an enquiry be done in the matter, thereafter orders were passed and by now charge-sheet have been given to them and the departmental enquiry is already started. 7. In view thereof, no interference is called for by this Court. 8. However, it is made clear that enquiry shall be completed within a period of 60 days from today subject to the cooperation of the petitioners. 9. Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to inform the concerned authority about this order. 10. In view thereof, the writ petitions stand disposed accordingly.
