JUDGMENT Smt. Savita Taneja is before this Court and her grievance is that though her engagement in question is purely contractual one, in breach of the policy that holds the field for making contractual engagement, her services have been disengaged. 2. The grievance that has been sought to be raised by the petitioner can be very well looked into and remedied by the Vice Chancellor of the university concerned, who exercises general authority of supervision under Section 13(1) A of the U.P. State Universities Act 1973. 3. Consequently, in the facts of the case, in presence of Sri Anurag Khanna, Senior Advocate, alongwith Sri Suyash Agarwal, Advocate, we proceed to give liberty to the petitioner to represent her claim before the Vice Chancellor concerned and it is always expected that Vice Chancellor concerned shall look into the grievance of petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within next three months from the date of receipt of representation of petitioner alongwith certified copy of this order but certainly after taking into account the view point of Managing Committee of the institution concerned or its nominee. Writ petition is disposed of.
