ORDER : 1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case against in pursuant to the complaint dated 19.2.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the same. 2. On reading of the complaint dated 20.02.2016, there appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party in O.S.No.123 of 2012. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 20.02.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
