ORDER : 1. Taken on Board. 2. The petitioners shall appear before the High Court as directed by the High Court in terms of the impugned order dated 23.08.2016. The petitioners shall, however, remain protected against arrest in connection with Crime No. 5 of 2016 of All Women Police Station, Pudukkottal, Tuticorin District for a period of six weeks from today. In the meantime, the High Court may dispose of CRL OP (MD) Nos. 15370 and 14830 of 2016 on merits uninfluenced by the fact that we have protected the petitioners against arrest. 3. The special leave petition is disposed of accordingly.
