ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 143 of 2015 and to file a charge sheet in accordance with law. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 143 of 2015 has been completed and the final report is pending with the Assistant Director of Prosecution for his approval. 3. Under such circumstances, two months' time is granted to the respondent police to file either a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
