ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court in connection with the case in Crime No.105 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent dated 20.01.2016. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, a time bound order cannot be passed in this petition, directing the respondent police to file a final report. 4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
