ORDER : P.N. Prakash, J. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Aruppukkottai in Crl. M.P. No. 37 of 2014 in M.C. No. 17 of 2013 dated 04.02.2014. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the Police have already arrested Murugesan on 27.02.2016 itself in execution of the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai in Crl. M.P. No. 37 of 2014 in M.C. No. 17 of 2013 dated 04.02.2014. 3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
