No. 37 of 2014 in M.C. No. 17 of 2013. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Taking into consideration the nature of proceedings, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai to dispose of the petition filed under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. in Crl. M.P. No. 37 of 2014 in M.C. No. 17 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
