ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent in S. No. 13/37 to an extent of 0.47.0, Porusupatti Village, Mallar Group, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint, given by one Adaikkalam, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
