ORDER : Nirmaljit Kaur, J. The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No.100/2015, Police Station Kotwali Churu, District Churu for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. 2. The present petitioners were not the beneficiaries and only witnesses of the said Will. 3. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of accused-petitioner (1) Pawan Kumar S/o Sanwarmal (2) Pradeep Kumar S/o Heeralal shall be released on bail provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer on the following conditions:- 1. That the petitioners shall join investigation and make himself/herself/themselves available for interrogation before the concerned Investigating officer as and when required. 2. That the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her/them from disclosing such facts to the court of to any police officer. 3. That the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
