ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.653 of 2013 and file a final report. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that the petitioner/defacto complainant is not co-operating with the enquiry. 3. The petitioner/defacto complainant is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police shall expeditiously complete the investigation and file either a closure report or a final report, as the case may be, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
