ORDER : The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2016 and consequently, to take legal action against the Respondents 8 and 9. 2. Mr. D. Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The petitioner has filed this petition in respect of the sale agreement which is purely a contractual matter and therefore, he cannot appear and make a representation to the Registrar to stop the same. Therefore, the petitioner's recourse is only to file a petition before the lower Court and seek necessary relief which is available under the law. 5. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the subject matter, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
