ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to grant LCO number to the petitioner, who is having Cable Television Registration No. 896 dated 03.02.2016 issued by the Head Post Master, Bodinayakkanur and running Cable Television Network at K.N. Cable T.V, Ward No.4, Door No.3, Kottai Karuppasamy Kovil Street, Gudalur, Theni District. 2. Mr. A. Abdul Saleem, represented by Mr. S. Satheesh Kumar learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
