ORDER : The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.4068/2008 dated 23.11.2012 passed by the second respondent and the consequential order bearing Na.Ka.No.4068/2008/chat.A dated 20.03.2013 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to refix the rent on the basis of the handed over area of 11,653 Sq.ft to the petitioner and direct the respondents to return the excess amount paid by the petitioner along with the deposit made by the petitioner. 2. After some elaborate arguments, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court one of the objections that Rs.80,000 has been kept on his account. Today, he submitted that the new collection amount will be credited. The advance amount has been deducted. The balance amount is Rs.2,25,168/-. 3. The only argument of the petitioner was that he had made some improvements, for which, he incurred expenditure in the year 2006 and that amount has to be reimbursed. The only point is that he already vacated and handed over the property as per the direction of this Court. So, the balance amount has to be paid. Therefore, the petitioner seeks time. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted three months' time to pay the amount on or before 30.06.2016, failing which, the authority shall initiate necessary action to recover the entire revised amount of Rs.2,25,168/-. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
