ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15748/2012/A4 dated 24.06.2013 confirming the impugned order of the second respondent made in Si.Pa.4/2007/A1 dated 16.04.2012 and quash the same as illegal, consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of Survey No.264/1 at Ambigai Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk. 2. The impugned order is only a confirmation of the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer for grant of patta. Both sides brought to the notice of this Court that there are two civil suits pending in respect of the title. The question of challenging the order of the District Revenue Officer does not arise at that time. The parties can adjudicate the matter. So, this Court cannot go into the merits of the same. The civil Court will independently try and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 3. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
