ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Ka.No.Ei.Ni.Po/Vini/Para/Ko.Kattu/A.No.658/16 dated 10.02.16 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to provide the electricity connection to the petitioner s house in Re-Survey No.915/2 of Eraniel Village having an extent of 15 cents and building bearing No.27/62C of Nulivilai Panchayat, Kalkulam Taluk Kanyakumari District on executing the indemnity bond under Clause 27(4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code 2004. 2. Mr. A.U. Ramanathan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. It is seen from the records, that the order passed by the authority is well balanced one and he has also taken note of pending civil suit and the order of status-quo granted by the Court below. Therefore, the petitioner recourse is only to file a petition before the lower Court and seek necessary relief which is available under the law. 5. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the subject matter, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
