ORDER : The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2016 and to order the concerned Medical Officer to put the petitioner deafness for fair medical examination and to order to give the appropriate physically-challenged certificate based on the petition dated 22.02.2016. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader stated that as per the proceedings dated 21.03.2016, the petitioner was called upon to go for medical test in the Government Medical College Hospital on 30.03.2016. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the petitioner shall appear before the Medical Board, Tirunelveli, and the Medical Board, Tirunelveli, will evaluate the petitioner and pass further orders in accordance with law. The petitioner has also been given a copy of the letter dated 21.03.2016. 5. With the above observations, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
