JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to direct the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,-IInd, Ballia to decide case no. 2320 of 2011, (Smt. Nazia and another Vs. Siddique and others), under Section 12 Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Chilla, district Banda pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Ballia expeditiously. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order if there is no other legal impediment. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
