Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view, that the impugned order passed by the High Court calls for no interference whatsoever. It is however necessary for us to observe, that the investigation ordered by the High Court shall be conducted independently by the CB CID, North Zone, uninfluenced by any of the observations recorded by the High Court. 3.
