ORDER : Pankaj Bhandari, J. The allegations in the FIR pertains to Sections 457, 380, 411 IPC. 2. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the co accused has been granted bail and there was no recovery made from the petitioner. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. His contention is that there are seven case in which challan has been filed against the petitioner out of which five pertains to theft. 4. I have considered the rival contentions. Considering the fact that three of the cases against the petitioner pertains to the year 2009 and three other cases prior to 2012 as also the fact that the co accused has been granted bail by this court and no recovery has been effected from the present petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner Ramesh S/o Shri Motilal arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 166/2014 of Police Station Industrial Area, Pali shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
