ORDER : S. Nagamuthu, J. The petitioner is the father of one J. Pragathi, aged 19 years. According to the petitioner, on her own volition, she has gone out of her parental home and married the 3rd respondent and now, she is residing with him in Coimbatore, but the petitioner apprehends that the detenue is illegally detained by the 3rd respondent against her will. 2. From the narration of the events in the affidavit as well as the complaint made to the police, it is crystal clear that the detenue has married the third respondent on her own volition and she is living with her husband. This Court finds that there is no illegal custody of the detenue and there is no scope to pass any orders as prayed for in this petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
