ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 496 of 2015. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions from Mr. Dilipan, Sub-Inspector of Police, who is present today in this Court, submitted that investigation in Crime No. 496 of 2015 has been completed and a closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Virudhunagar on 18.12.2015 and RCS notice has already been served on the defacto complainant. Copies of both the closure report and RCS notice are furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
