ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 339 of 2015 dated 4.12.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent under Sections 341, 294(b), 354 and 506(i) IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2015, a time bound order cannot be passed in this petition, directing the 2nd respondent police to file a final report. 4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
