JUDGMENT Ram Surat Ram (Maurya),J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A for the State. 2. This petition has been filed for setting aside the orders of Judicial Magistrate, Fareedpur, district Bareilly dated 18.7.2014 and Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Bareilly, by which discharge application of the petitioners was rejected and they were directed to appear before the court below and revision of the petitioners was dismissed. 3. Impugned orders do not suffer from any illegality and no interference is required by this Court. 4. However, it is provided that in case the petitioners appear and surrender before the court below within 30 days from today and apply for bail, their prayer for bail shall be considered and decided in view of the settled law laid down by this court in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P reported in 2004(57) ALR 290 as well as judgement passed by Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322(SC) Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. For a period of 30 days from today or till the disposal of the application for bail whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners. It is made clear that in case the petitioners do not appear before the Court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken against him. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
