ORDER : It is represented on behalf of the Respondent/Contemnor that the order passed in W.P(D)No.21267 of 2014, dated 23.12.2014 is since been complied with. 2. At this stage, it is represented on behalf of the Respondent/Contemnor that a Memo, dated 17.09.2015 was addressed to the Petitioner, inter-alia stating that in regard to the suit property and civil dispute, he was advised to file an Appeal before the Madurai District Revenue Officer or the Civil Court and to seek redressal of his grievance. 3. In view of the aforesaid Memo, dated 17.09.2015 addressed to the Petitioner, this Court closes the Contempt Petition, granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent forum, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law.
