ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2016 and to sanction educational loan for the petitioner for the academic years from 2015 to 2018. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation may be considered on condition that since the earlier loan has already been pending for payment, if the petitioner agrees to make payment on reschedule of loan amount. 3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes before this Court that she will repay the amount as per the agreement without fail. 4. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is a student, the petitioner is directed to file an affidavit of undertaking along with loan application that she will repay the amount as per the terms and conditions. On receipt of such affidavit, the respondent is directed to consider the loan application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
