ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2016. 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3. The petitioner has already made a representation to the Chief Minister's Cell which has been forwarded to the District Collector, Sivagangai District, who in turn forwarded the same to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai, has initiated the proceedings dated 09.02.2016 directing the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent to appear in person before him on 16.02.2016 . 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai, to complete the proceedings dated 09.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing of both sides as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
