ORDER : Heard. 2. Issue notice. 3. Mr. Randeep Singh Surjewala, learned counsel who appears on behalf of both the respondents, accepts notice. He may file a counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. 4. Prayer for stay is declined. We grant to the petitioner-State two weeks' time to permit the respondents to join and also to receive all salary and perks admissible to them as Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the Haryana State Commission for Women.
