M. Mandhirammal v. Joint Registrar No. I, Sub-Registrar Office, Palani, Dindigul District

B.RAJENDRAN

body2016
ORDER : 1. Both the writ petitions are liable to be dismissed in view of the fact that the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 08.12.2015, clearly states that the request of the petitioner is rejected. Of course, the petitioner would state that against that order the appeal is pending before the District Revenue Officer. 2. In view of the above nothing survives in W.P.(MD)No.16451 of 2016 and therefore the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 3. With regard to other writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.13402 of 2016, the writ petitioner sought for the relief to cancel the document No. 894/2013 dated 17.04.2013 by considering his representation dated 20.07.2015. The cancellation sought for by the writ petitioner is specifically dismissed, since it is only a registration of first appellate Court decree and the same cannot be cancelled. Accordingly, this writ petition is also dismissed. No costs.
