ORDER : 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from laying the road measuring 12 feet on the western side comprised in Survey No.63/4 Achchangulam Village, measuring 96 cents. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a proceedings dated 24.03.2016 of the Tahsildar, Vembakottai, wherein it is stated that the Government has not initiated any work to lay road on both the sites. The dispute is purely private in nature, between the petitioner and the third respondent. 3. Recording the above statements, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
