ORDER : 1. This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.90 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Dindigul. Admittedly, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked for quashing the criminal proceedings and only the provisions of Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, can be invoked but that has not been done. 2. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to urge all the points before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
