JUDGMENT 1. Counsel would place reliance upon an order dated 06.05.2016 passed by this Court in CRM No.M-15734 of 2016 to contend that co-accused Pawandeep Singh Bakhshi who although was stated to be armed with a kirch has been granted ad interim protection as regards arrest. 2. It is contended that the role attributed to the present petitioner is of being armed with a stick and having given a blow with the same. 3. Notice of motion, returnable on 16.08.2016. 4. To be listed along with CRM No.M-15734 of 2016. 5. In the meanwhile, petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer and to join investigation. 6. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and he shall remain bound by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
