JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, C.J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anup Rattan, learned Additional Advocate General, stated at the Bar that the petitioner has contested the election and stands elected. Their statements are taken on record. 2. By the medium of the writ petition, the petitioner had questioned the rejection order whereby her nomination was rejected. After noticing the pleadings and the law applicable, prima facie, it was found that the rejection was bad in law, and therefore, vide order dated 22nd December, 2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the election process, stands elected. 3. In view of the above, the rejection order/impugned order is quashed. However, the aggrieved party/affected person, if any, is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly, so also the pending CMPs, if any.
