ORDER : This petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records in S.C. No. 391 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District and quash the same as against the petitioner. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, with liberty to move the Sessions Court for discharge. 3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to move the Sessions Court for discharge, provided charges are not framed.
