ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.Thi 5/3369/2013 dated 22.05.2015. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petitioner as per the proceedings of the first respondent, he is entitled to occupy the shop and as on date there is no lock and key. Therefore, it is always liberty to occupy the shop as per the allotment. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
