ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to complete the enquiry pending in file Na.Ka.No.A1/1447/2012-Sri dated 31.01.2014 issued by the second respondent. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court even the alleged document sought for by the respondents has been sent by registered post by the petitioner on 19.03.2016. 3. As the application is pending before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
