ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the accused in Crime No.39 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent by considering his representation dated 26.02.2016. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. On the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.39 of 2016 was registered by the respondent police on 26.01.2016 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 406, 418, 420, 442 and 506(ii) IPC and the investigation is in progress. 4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR in Crime No.39 of 2016, this Court is of the view that it will be in the interest of justice, if the case in Crime No.39 of 2016 is directed to be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul. 5. Accordingly, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul is directed to monitor the investigation of the case and expeditiously take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
