JUDGMENT Heard Mr. Punit Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has assailed the recovery citation dated 30.01.2016, whereby he has been asked to pay the dues as is indicated in the citation. The petitioner to some extent has disputed the dues as is indicated in the citation and has prayed to issue a direction to the respondents to provide him statement of account of his dues with undertaking that he shall pay the total dues within one month from the date of providing the statement of account. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, we hereby stay the operation of the order impugned dated 30.01.2016 for one month with direction to the respondents to provide the statement of account to the petitioner forthwith. As soon as the petitioner is provided the statement of account, he shall pay the same within one month from the date of providing the statement of account. 4. In the aforesaid terms, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
