ORDER: 1. A praecipe is filed for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 4 August 2016. 2. In the Judgment dated 4 August 2016 the following corrections be made: In the last line of paragraph No.13 on page no.13 the words “learned Single Judge” be substituted with “learned Civil Judge”. In paragraph No.28third line from top on page no.34 the words “learned Single Judge” be substituted with “learned Civil Judge”. In paragraph No.30 on page No.36, the words “learned Single Judge” be substituted with the words “learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan”. 3. Corrections be made in the original Judgment and the same be uploaded on the server.
