ORDER : 1. This case is listed before us pursuant to a Report filed by one of the Judges who was appointed by us in our order dated 1st April, 2015. Vide this order, we had appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice K. Ramamoorthy and Mr. Justice V. Eshwar, Retired Judges of the Madras High Court and Delhi High Court respectively to carry out the exercise assigned in the said order. 2. Subsequently, Justice K. Ramamoorthy has by the proceedings of the Special Committee dated 19th August, 2015, having regard to his advanced age expressed his inability to continue as a Member of the Special Committee and returned the matter back to this Court. It was in those circumstances, this application came to be filed for further directions. 3. Since Justice K. Ramamoorthy has expressed his inability, accepting the same he is relieved of his responsibility as a Senior Member of the Committee. In his place, we appoint, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vikramjit Sen, a retired Judge of this Court to carry on the task assigned to the Special Committee in our orders dated 13th March, 2013 and 1st April, 2015. 4. A copy of this order shall be forwarded to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vikramjit Sen as well as Mr. Justice V. Eshwar. The parties are also at liberty to communicate the order to the Hon'ble Judges. 5. Applications for directions stand disposed of on the above terms.
