JUDGMENT Suneet Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter is likely to be compromised between the applicants and opposite party no. 2 as the dispute between the parties is matrimonial in nature. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the matter be placed before the Mediating Agency at District Farrukhabad where the present case is pending. 4. The applicants are directed to deposit Rs. 5000/- to the Mediating Agency at District Farrukhabad within three weeks from today, out of which, Rs. 3000/- shall be paid to the opposite party no. 2 for appearance before the Mediation Centre and Rs. 2000/- shall go to the District Mediating Agency. 5. It is further directed that the Mediating Agency at District Farrukhabad shall conclude the mediation and conciliation proceedings preferably within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the parties after giving notices to both the parties. 6. For a period of two months from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in pursuance of the order dated 31.07.2015 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad in Complaint Case No. 1573 of 2014, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Rajeypur, District Farrukhabad. 7. In case the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, and the trial court is at liberty to proceed against the applicants in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
