JUDGMENT : Sneh Prashar, J. 1. Despite the case having been called twice, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. 2. Perusal of the record shows that there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 11.05.2015 and 02.03.2016 also. Absence of the appellant indicates that he is no longer interested in pursuing the instant appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
