ORDER : Mr. A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to accept the Tender Schedule Form with regard to Tender Notice No.22/2015-2016/SE/B (C(C and C) C/ Trichy dated 22.12.2015. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent is refusing to accept the Tender Schedule even though the petitioner presented the same with relevant document and demand draft. 4. It is seen that the last date for receipt of the tender is on 13.01.2016 till 3.00 p.m. 5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that if the petitioner submitted Tender Schedule Form within the time, the same will be accepted by the respondent. 6. Recording the above-said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to accept the Tender Schedule Form submitted by the petitioner, if it is submitted on or before 13.01.2016 till 3.00 p.m. Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the Tender Schedule Form submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law along with the other tenders. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
