ORDER : 1. Ms. Binu Tamta, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India prays for four weeks' time to file a reply. Prayer stands allowed. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the six States, mentioned in the earlier order, shall also file response within the said period. 3. List the matters after four weeks.
