ORDER : The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to conclude the appeal proceedings dated 19.05.2015 preferred by him. 2. It is seen that challenging the order of the second respondent dismissing the petitioner from service, he has preferred an appeal dated 19.08.2015 before the first respondent. The said appeal is still pending on the file of the first respondent. 2. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner as against the order of dismissal, I only direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by him, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
