JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. The petitioner belongs to backward class category. While she was a student of B.Ed. during the academic session 2013-14 at Y.M.S. Degree College Dhanaura, District J.P. Nagar, she applied for grant of scholarship/fee reimbursement. However, when her prayer was not accepted, she preferred Writ Petition No. 8747 of 2015 before this Court which was disposed of by order dated 12.2.2015 directing the District Backward Class Welfare Officer, Amroha to decide her representation. In pursuance thereof, the impugned order dated 9.4.2015 has now been passed. 2. In the impugned order, a specific finding has been recorded that as per the modifications made in the existing Scheme by Government Order dated 20.11.2013 for academic session 2013-14, students belonging to backward class becomes entitled to scholarship/fee reimbursement as per the priority categories provided under the Government Order. According to it, the scholarship/fee reimbursement is to be first given to such candidate whose income is minimum amongst those candidates, who had submitted the application and the said process is to be continued in ascending order, until the funds allocated for a particular year stand exhausted. In accordance with stipulation, in the Government Order for the year 2013-14, the scholarship could be made available to such students whose family had annual income upto Rs 30,000/- per annum and fee reimbursement to a family having income upto 36,000/- per annum. It has been specifically recorded in the impugned order that according to the annual income certificate furnished by the petitioner, her father had annual income of Rs 2,00,000/- during the relevant year. Consequently, she did not fall within the priority stipulated in the Government Order and was thus not granted scholarship/fee reimbursement. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that by Government Order dated 7.1.2013, it was provided that fee reimbursement amount is to be made available to the students whose family had annual income upto Rs 2,00,000/-. However, he does not dispute that subsequently another Government Order dated 20.11.2013 was issued which amended the previous Government Order dated 8.1.2013 and whereunder the petitioner would not be entitled to fee reimbursement/scholarship amount. Consequently, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order. The petition lacks merits and is dismissed.
